We are looking for a talented individual who is fluent in English and ideally has a second language, who also has exceptional organisation and problem-solving skills to join The ASK Group team in our London City Office.
Previous account/project management and customer service experience would be an advantage.
You will be required to provide full Project Management of our clients' work in all our divisions, including liaising with clients, translators, proof-readers and our Typesetting, Internet and Print Studios. You will receive comprehensive training and will be fully responsible for handling client accounts from performing quotes to arranging work to tight deadlines.
To succeed in this challenging position, you need good oral and written communication skills, good time management and the ability to work well as a team. A working knowledge of MS Office would be preferred, although full computer training will be given.
Work is often required by our clients on an urgent basis, and consequently the ability to deliver work to fixed deadlines is of paramount importance.
