How to download the PDF:
PC users
- Right-click on the "Click here" link
- Choose "Save target as..." (Internet Explorer) or "Save
this link as..." (Netscape) to download the pdf to your hard
drive
- Double-click the icon once it is saved on your PC to open
the document in Acrobat Reader
Mac users
- Control-click on the "Click here" link
or click and hold down on the link until a dialogue box appears
- Choose "Download link to disk..." (Internet Explorer)
or "Save this link as..." (Netscape) to download the pdf
to your hard drive
- Double-click the icon once it is saved on your PC to open
the document in Acrobat Reader
